Add your equipment with your API credentials in 2 steps

  1. Get your API credentials from :

    • Your dealership

    • The manufacturer’s platform

  2. Enter your API credentials on the Hiboo platform

For your Case equipment specifically :

🔑 Your Case credentials are structured like this :

  • Client id : xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx

  • Client secret : xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx

  • Username : [email protected]

  • Password : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

How to find your credentials ?

  1. Client id and Client secret are provided by the Case teams. Contact your manufacturer.
    The below information are to be sent to Case at this email address: [email protected]

    1. Company Name - Please indicate the name of your company

    2. System Name - Hiboo

    3. System Public IP Addresses - Hiboo's IP addresses are :
      - 52.51.148.88
      - 52.208.145.228

    4. Referent Name - Hiboo

    5. Referent Email Address - [email protected]

  2. Username and Password are the login details for the Sitewatch platform.

    1. Go to Settings/Administration/Users/List to create a new API user account

    2. Activate your new account from your mailbox and choose a password

    3. Log in from your new account and go to Settings/Administration/Multifleets/API AEMP

    4. Edit your API account by clicking on the pencil

    5. Tick ‘Enable’ in the settings and save

    6. You can now use the Username and Password (which allow you to connect to your SiteWatch application) in addition to the Client id and Client secret (supplied by the email) in Hiboo to add your Case machines.
