Introduction

The Inventory feature provides a comprehensive overview of your fleet. Updated data is displayed in a table, where you can customize the display and sorting of columns.

Using the search function, filters, and segments, you can quickly locate specific equipment and access its profile with ease.

How It Works

View Your Fleet

The inventory table allows you to quickly view your active fleet and access equipment profiles in one click using the "Open" button, visible when hovering over the row next to the equipment name.

Filter and Search

To find specific equipment, you can use:

  • The search bar to filter rows where the Name, Brand, or Model columns contain the entered text.

  • Filters and segments to locate subsets of your fleet based on more than 10 criteria.

Customize the Display

The inventory feature offers great flexibility, letting you view the information you need in a simple way:

  • Sort the table in ascending ↑ or descending ↓ order for compatible columns.

  • Display only the columns you need and hide the others.

  • Define the number of rows displayed per page.

Export and Import

You can export the table data to receive a download link via email. The exported data respects the applied filters and displayed columns. The format is .xlsx.

Remove Equipment from the Inventory

To remove equipment from the inventory, you can archive it (see the dedicated article on archiving).

More

The “More” menu in the inventory provides access to additional features:

  • Dispatch: Allows you to transfer machines from one workspace to another (see the dedicated article).

  • Bulk Edit: Enables bulk updates to your inventory using an Excel-like table. This is ideal for making multiple changes at once (see the dedicated article).

  • Equipment to Configure: Helps keep your inventory up to date with an interactive dashboard. This shows equipment requiring setup, including missing fleet numbers, categories, companies, or years, as well as equipment not assigned to workspaces.

  • Signal Health: Ensures 100% of your connected equipment is transmitting data correctly. This prevents signal loss, enables instant information sharing with your provider, and saves time in diagnostics.

  • Archived Equipment: Provides access to the inventory of archived equipment, along with the reasons for their archival.
