Overview
Having only connected machines on Hiboo could feel limiting, especially when using the Maintenance module.
With non-connected assets, you can track 100% of your operated fleet in Hiboo and manually input location data, usage hours, and kilometers traveled.
You can add and view non-connected assets from the Inventory.
You can add data from the assets profile page (also available on mobile).
Basics
⚠️ Adding non-connected assets may impact billing. You can easily see the number of non-connected machines on the home page.
Non-connected assets behaves like any other asset and is simply identified by a specific icon. However, because their data is manually entered, they are not compatible with the Energy and Usage modules.
Create non-connected assets
Go to
Inventory > More > Add non-connected assetFill in the creation form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Submit the form. The asset will appear shortly in your inventory.
Add data points
Go to the profile page of a non-connected asset and click “Add data”.
Fill in the form depending on the type of data you want to add (Usage hours, Kilometers traveled, Location).
Once the data point is added, wait a short moment for it to appear in the application (from a few seconds to a few minutes).
