Overview
A machine running on a job site isn't necessarily a machine producing. The Productivity report goes beyond utilization tracking by answering a concrete question: what did your equipment actually move? By aggregating payload data from your fleet, it lets you manage production by the tonne and quickly identify what's holding performance back.
Basics
The report is powered by payload sensor data (onboard load information transmitted by each machine). Only equipment that sends this data appears in the report; other machines are neither listed nor counted. All indicators are calculated over the period of your choice and can be refined using filters.
Tracking production by the tonne
Key indicators (total load transported, number of loading cycles, average load per cycle, load per hour, and load per litre) give you an immediate read of what your fleet produced over the selected period.
Where utilization rate tells you a machine was running, load per hour tells you whether it was running efficiently. A machine with a high utilization rate but a low load per hour can point to issues with cycle times, loading quality, or haul routes.
Comparing performance machine by machine
The equipment performance table breaks down every indicator by machine. This lets you spot underperformers relative to the rest of the fleet and take targeted action such as mechanical inspection, cycle adjustment, or redeployment.
Analysing productivity by zone
A particularly useful application is filtering the report to a specific job site using the zone filter. You get a focused view of production on that site, ideal for comparing two zones side by side or benchmarking a team's output.
