Add your equipment with your API credentials in 2 steps

  1. Get your API credentials from :

    • Your dealership

    • The manufacturer’s platform

  2. Enter your API credentials on the Hiboo platform

For your Renault Trucks equipment specifically :

🔑 Your FMS 2.1 API credentials are structured like this:

  • User Name : xxxxxxxxxx

  • Password : xxxxxxxxx

How to find your credentials ?

  1. Send an access request to [email protected], with the name of the integrator (Hiboo)

  2. The Renault Trucks France Admin team creates the access and provides them to the customer (with the integrator in copy if it was in cc in the customer's initial email), with the following information:

    • Login

    • Password

    • Renault Trucks Developer Portal address

  3. The Hiboo team accesses the developer portal and retrieves the information required for integration into Hiboo
