Introduction
A workspace
allows you to associate your employees with a dedicated environment containing their area of responsibility or collaboration.
Basics
Two ways of initiating the creation of a workspace:
1 . Click on create a new workspace in the Hiboo sidebar
2 . Click on create a workspace from the administration page
Configure your workspace
Name it as intelligibly as possible.
Click on Select equipment to assign it to your workspace. You can complete your equipment selection later using the dispatcher function.
Assign or invite people to use the selected equipment.
Click Create when you're ready to publish your new workspace!
To know
From the Administration page, then Workspace, you can modify or delete your workspaces and view the members and equipment involved per workspace.
Activate your workspace notifications
To activate the weekly/monthly activity summary notification :
Click on the cogwheel at the top of your navigation bar on the left of the screen.
Go to the “Notification” tab.
