Add your equipment with your API credentials in 2 steps

  1. Get your API credentials from :

    • Your dealership

    • The manufacturer’s platform

  2. Enter your API credentials on the Hiboo platform

For your Epiroc equipment specifically :

🔑 Your Epiroc credentials are structured like this :

  • Username : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Password : xxxxxxxx

  • Subscription key : alphanumeric sequence (numbers & letters)

How to find your credentials ?

  1. Contact your dealership → Use our template

  2. Request the Certiq Gold_TS API credentials for all your equipment. You will receive logins to connect :

    1. To the telematic portal: use the Username & Password

    2. To the developer portal: to retrieve the Subscription key

⚠️ Username & Password are different between the two portals

  1. Retrieve the Subscription key

    1. Log in to the developer portal

    2. Go to the Profile section in the top right-hand menu

    3. Retrieve the character string from Primary Key by clicking on Show ⇒ this is your Subscription key

    4. Go to the Hiboo platform and click on Catalog

    5. Search for and click on Epiroc to insert your Username, Password (from the telematic portal) & Subscription key (retrieved from the developer portal)
