Add your equipment with your API credentials in 2 steps

  1. Get your API credentials from :

    • Your dealership

    • The manufacturer’s platform

  2. Enter your API credentials on the Hiboo platform

For your Epiroc equipment specifically :

🔑 Your Epiroc credentials are structured like this :

  • Username : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Password : xxxxxxxx

  • Subscription key : alphanumeric sequence (numbers & letters)

How to find your credentials ?

  1. Contact your dealership → Use our template

  2. Request the Certiq Gold_TS API credentials for all your equipment. You will receive logins to connect :

    1. To the telematic portal: use the Username & Password

    2. To the developer portal: to retrieve the Subscription key

      ⚠️ Username & Password are different between the two portals
      ​

  3. Retrieve the Subscription key

    1. Log in to the developer portal

    2. Go to PRODUCTS > Certiq Gold_TS > Add Subscription

    3. Click on Confirm

    4. Go to PRODUCTS > Certiq Gold_TS

    5. Click on Product Certiq Gold subscription

    6. Retrieve the character string from Primary Key by clicking on Show ⇒ this is your Subscription key

    7. Go to the Hiboo platform and click on Catalog

    8. Search for and click on Epiroc to insert your Username, Password & Subscription key
