Good to know

You can now create alerts to receive periodic summaries of faults by asset, based on their severity.

Overview

Find a summary of the fault codes emitted by your assets equipped with telematics systems over the given period.

Two views are available in this report:

  • The view by assets, which allows you to see the count of faults by severity (default view)

  • The chronological feed view, in the form of a table, which consolidates and centralizes all faults received for all of your assets.

Basics

Understand the view by assets

This view allows you to quickly identify the assets most affected by faults, whether they are currently down or at risk of failure.

This helps you better prioritize your interventions on these assets.

Understand the chronological feed view

View the date the fault was received, its code, description and severity.

Faults descriptions are automatically translated into French by artificial intelligence.

If you have any doubts about the accuracy of the translations, you can always refer to the original description in English.
