🛠️ Faults
In your equipment profile Dashboard you’ll have a glimpse of the fault codes that were received over the given time. For a closer look at your equipment fault codes history and status, go to the Faults tab of your equipment profile.
Note that fault codes are only available if your machine is equipped with telematics systems.
Understand the Faults tab
Your equipment faults summary is separated in two sections:
Section 1 shows the distribution of the faults codes over the chosen period of time.
Section 2 lists all the faults codes emitted by the equipment over the chosen period of time. That section allows you to visualise the fault codes description and filter by severity in order to analyse the engine’s health.
Quick tip: if an action is needed on the ground after reviewing a fault code, the direction button gives you the directions to find it.
