HIBOO PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

The charter below details the policy of Hiboo Systems SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 54,265.40 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 828 542 803 and whose registered office is located at 17 rue Boulard, 75014 Paris ("Hiboo") with respect to personal data on the website www.hiboo.io (hereinafter referred to as the âSiteâ).
For the purposes of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the term âPersonal Dataâ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, whether directly or indirectly (e.g., first and last name, date of birth, etc.) (âPersonal Dataâ). The data controller is Hiboo.
This Policy applies to all Personal Data provided by users of www.hiboo.io to Hiboo.
- INFORMATION COLLECTED
- technical data, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone, browser extension types and versions, operating system, and platform; and
- data about your visit to the Site, including the length of time you spend on certain pages, your interactions with those pages and the methods you use to leave that page, and any telephone numbers you use to contact our customer service department.
- USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- Administration of the Site and performance of our contract with you: the information you provide allows us to (i) validate and track your subscription (order confirmation and subscription tracking); (ii) maintain your account; (iii) perform billing and auditing purposes; (iv) authentication and identity checks; (v) credit, debit, or other payment verification; (vi) manage outstanding payments; (viii) perform legal and administrative follow-up.
- To provide customer service: we ask for your contact information, including your email address, phone number and subscription details, to answer questions you may have regarding the use of the Site and to provide you with subscription status and other customer support services, such as identifying your needs. To provide these customer support services, we may use your Personal Data for statistical and market analysis, case studies, and research and development by us or a third party we designate as a data processor. However, in doing so, your Personal Data will be anonymized for the use of this data by these third parties. They will not receive your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
- Direct marketing: We want to keep you informed about our services and invite you to special events to enhance your experience with us. We may use the information you provide and the information we collect about you to build a profile of your interests so that we can tailor our communications to make sure they are relevant and interesting to you and when you visit our site, we can customize your experience to make it easier for you to shop with us.
- Electronic marketing: If you are already one of our customers, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) to present you with services like those you have already acquired. Otherwise, we will only contact you electronically if you have explicitly consented. If you are a new customer and we allow specific third parties to use your data, we (or they) will only contact you electronically if you have explicitly given your consent.

When you create an account to use the Site, you can view your Personal Data by sending a request to support@hiboo.io. If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the registration or login page, and an email containing a link and token will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

The data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored in a country other than the country in which it was originally collected.
