BetaHiboo Sharing for fleet owners
Your equipment fleet includes leased or contracted equipment? You would like to access the data in order to :
- Measure your construction site carbon impact
- Get a complete vision of the sites' activities
- Report and communicate on your performances
You can access the data emitted by the equipment you rent thanks to Hiboo Sharing. This Beta* feature, allows you to share equipment data with or from an external organization for the duration of your choice.
It is particularly useful when several organizations collaborate on one construction site, or when part of your fleet is rented. Through Hiboo the equipment data from all parties can be seen in one place. Whether they're owned, rented, or contracted.
Create a sharing
Currently, in Beta, the sharing feature is not yet 100% self-service. But here are the steps to get started:
- Click
Create Workspace(It is not possible to share your root workspace). - Add equipment using the dispatcher.
- Go to
Workspace Settingsfrom the navigation bar. - In the General tab, click on the
Request a sharingbutton. - Fill in the sharing form, our CSM team will reach out to you with all the necessary information.
