➕ Create a zone

There are two ways on Hiboo to add a new zone to your workspace:

1. Add an existing zone from the zones library
2. Create a brand-new zone

Access your zones library and search for an existing zone

• Click on Zones in the side navigation bar, then click on + Add a zone
• Scroll the map thumbnails pictures to find a zone or type its name in the search bar and click on See the zone

• If the existing zone suits your need, click on Add Zone

Create a brand-new zone

• Click on Zones in the side navigation bar, then click on + Add a zone
• Click on Create a new one
• Fill in the Name of the zone and select its Category.
• Search for the address then define the desired zone using the satellite view.

• Choose a colour for the zone
• Click on create zone

Filling in the address will allow you to launch a Google Maps navigation directly from the map or the zone page. If the address is unknown, you will be directed towards the center of the zone.

Quick shortcut

When you are on the Map page, click on Add zone at the bottom of the Zones column.

Remove a zone from your workspace

• Click on Zones in the navigation bar
• Find the desired zone and click on the horizontal menu button at the end of the line (cf.image below)

Create zone categories

To add a zone category :

1. Click on Administration
2. Go to the Lists tab
3. In the zone categories table, click on Add a category

• Access your zones library and search for an existing zone
