- Select the
workspace
where the equipment you want to dispatch are located - On the left navbar go to
Inventory
then click onDispatch
- Select the Workspace in which you want to dispatch your equipment
- The list of the
left
contains all the equipment that are in your organization’s root workspace - The list on the
right
contains all the selected equipment to dispatch to the desired workspace - Select the equipment on the left side that you wish to add to the inventory. It will instantly appear in the right window.
- Once you have made the changes, click on
Apply changes
to validate the dispatch. - A summary of the dispatch appears. Click on
Modify Workspace
to validate the dispatch.
When a workspace has parent workspaces, equipment will also be added there.
You now have 2 lists:
Congratulations, the Dispatch has been completed. 🥳
Users from the destination workspace will be able to view the data of the added equipment.
