Overview
The feature is in

Thanks for helping us make it better!By adding documents to the profile page of your equipment, Hiboo becomes the single source of truth for your fleet, allowing every member of your team to find the right document in a dedicated place.

Basics
Documents are accessible in the "Documents" tab of your equipment's profile page.
Add a Document
Only workspace administrators can add a document. Other users can only download them.
Adding a document is very simple:
- Click on “Upload”
- Select the document
- Allow sharing (or not) See the Share a Document section below
- Click on “Add”
The document must not exceed 10 MB, and the supported formats are:
PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, CSV, XLS, DOC
Download a Document
Once downloaded, the document will be in the “Downloads” folder of your computer.
Share a Document
You can make documents shareable so that if the equipment is shared, the recipient can also access it. No need to make them available physically on the machine; they will be securely accessible on Hiboo!
