Edit profile

To access and modify the details and information of an asset : click on the inventory tab in the navigation bar, search for the desired material, and then edit the information from the dashboard of the material.

You can also mass update your equipment 📥Mass update

Customize

The cumulated usage data do not always make sense for each asset, that's why we suggest you to select the ones you want to show or hide on the profile page of your asset.

To do so, you just have to :

1. Go to the profile page of the desired asset
2. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Edit Profile.
3. Click on the Customize tab.

4. Select or unselect the cumulative data you wish to show or hide.
• Cumulative operating hours
• Cumulative odometer
• Cumulative fuel consumed

Directions

By clicking on Directions, you will be directly redirected to google map with the geographical coordinates of your asset pre-filled. You just have to indicate your starting position to get the itinerary to the asset.

1. Go to your asset profile page
2. Click on Directions in the top right corner
3. In google map :
1. Click on Direction.
2. Fill in the address from which you wish to leave
3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
