Usernameandpasswordare the access identifiers for the Sitewatch platform.- Go to Settings/Administration/User/List to create a new API user account.
Below is the information to be sent to Case at this e-mail address: sitewatchsupport@casece.com
b. Activate your new account from your mailbox and choose a password.
c. Log in from your new account and go to Settings/Administration/Multifleets/API AEMP
d. Edit your API account by clicking on the pencil.
e. Tick "Enable" in the settings and save.
f. You can now use the Usernameand password (which allow you to connect to your SiteWatch application) in addition to the Client id and Client secret (supplied by email) in Hiboo to add your Case machines.
