🔢 Your inventory
Inventory display
See at a glance the total number of items in a table, for example here the total number of devices in your inventory.
Increase the number of lines of your tables and view up to 100 lines on the same page.
Sort your table
- Sort the table in ascending order ↑ or descending order ↓
To obtain the cumulative operating hours in descending order, click on the header of the column to be sorted, an arrow will appear specifying the nature of the sort.
Select the columns that matter to you
- Show or hide the columns of your choice
Refine the search according to specific criteria using filters
It is possible to define one or more filters depending on the expected accuracy.
Filter your tables by :
- Brand
- Company
- Models
- Category
- Source
Export or Import inventory data
The export procedure by email allows you to download all the data you want without constraints.
Filter the table at your convenience to export only the data you are interested in.
In the .xlsx file you will find the columns you selected before exporting the file and the column Workspaces which allows you to know to which workspace(s) your assets belong to.
Access the asset profile or associated zone
Access the asset profile or the associated zone if it exists:
- The “Open” button allows you to view the hardware profile.
- The location icon indicates that the item in question belongs to a known area.
- The “Zone” button allows you to see the zone in which the element is located
Dispatch and Mass update
The Dispatch tab is used for allocating equipment in workspace, to allow its users to have access to the collected data of the latter.

The Mass update function allows you to update your equipment data in 3 steps :
- Export your inventory from Hiboo
- Update the editable fields: Names, Models, Enterprises, Years...
- Import your inventory
